Welcome! My name is Kellan Stack (he/him) and I look forward to working with you. I serve clients in Colorado and Idaho via telehealth, so you can attend your sessions from wherever is most comfortable for you. In my practice, I take an individualized approach to every client. I am affirming to all identities, neurotypes, and lifestyles and enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, adults with ADHD and/or Autism (particularly late-diagnosed and self-diagnosed clients), and polyamorous/non-monogamous dynamics. My therapy approach is uniquely tailored to the changes you would like to see in your own life. I draw from therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), client-centered therapy, and others to ensure that you have the best tools available to meet your goals. Finding a therapist who makes space for you to be your whole, authentic self is essential to healing and progress. In our sessions, we will explore the parts of your life in which you would like to see change, and address them together without compromising what makes you unique.
